  • Leadership and accountability- Khasani Plumbing and Maintenance managers, head of safety and employees must understand their roles, responsibilities and accountability related to the nature and scale of safety, health hygiene, social risks and environmental impacts.
  • Legal and other requirements- there is an effective management system and programs that are implemented within the company that are audited to ensure that all legal and other requirements are identified and followed.
  • Risk management- Khasani Plumbing and Maintenance will strive to avoid or minimize adverse impacts on human health and the environment by avoiding pollution from operating activities
  • Customer focus-the company has an effective system, which covers both customer’s needs and customer’s service. We always want to meet customers’ needs, and try to exceed customer’s expectations.
  • People involvement- We have a well-managed process to reduce costs, improve consistency, eliminate waste and promote continuous improvement. All personnel at the company are involved.
  • Crisis and emergency management- The head of the safety manager makes sure we have procedures in place and resources documented and communicated at all times to effectively responds to crisis and emergency situations.
  • Matters, which promotes health and safety at Khasani Plumbing and Maintenance.

  • We make sure that each employee is responsible for his/her own safety and that of other employees.
